Upon entering Villa Sakaya’s first floor, you'll be greeted by an open floor plan which includes a terraced living room, a stylish kitchen, and a dining area, all kept cool with two ceiling fans. This inviting space is perfect for culinary adventures, promising delightful dining experiences with your dear ones.

Villa Sakaya’s master bedroom features a king-size bed, a cozy sofa, an LCD projector for entertainment, and an en-suite bathroom featuring an indulgent indoor bathtub, large enough to fit 4 people to have a spa-like experience.

The second bedroom, also furnished with a king-size bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with an outdoor shower, for a unique experience under Villa Sakaya’s sky.

As you ascend, Villa Sakaya’s second floor introduces a dedicated work or study space, with 2 desks complete and sofa, all air-conditioned, ensuring comfort while you stay connected.

The third bedroom of Villa Sakaya is a haven of rest, featuring a king-size bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests.

Villa Sakaya's outdoor space is a testament to leisure and thoughtful touches. A swimming pool, secured with a rolling door which can be entirely removed based on your preference, is both kid-friendly and inviting for all. The outdoor sunken seating area under a canopy welcomes you to relax in the tranquil atmosphere. Additionally, for your convenience, a well-appointed guest toilet is readily accessible.

Guest access

ROAD ACCESS CONDITION

As this villa is a brand new villa and located on a remote location with jungle view, the road access is not smooth and perfect. The road is narrow, a bit tricky, still on progress and narrow for some larger cars. There are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night.

If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road. We recommend you to contact our onsite team for better direction first before you come to the villa.

VILLA WITH VALLEY VIEW

As nature is integral to the villa, during the night, you may hear peaceful noises which come from the insects who inhabit the valley. This is the charm of living close to nature in Ubud.

FAQs

- Q : What time is the Check-in policy?

- A : We have dedicated staff to help with the check in process. Our standard check-in time is at 2:00 pm. However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage after 11:00 am while we are getting your villa ready. As our staff does not stand by the villa all the time, there will be an additional late-check in fee applied at IDR 200k after 8:00 PM as compensation for the staff overtime.

- Q : What time is the Check-out policy?

- A : Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate.

If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.

- Q : Could I have a villa host or a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the villa?

- A : Should you wish to dine in the villa, every villa comes with a villa host catering to your needs. He or she can help you cook simple meals, be it non-complimentary breakfast at total grocery cost + 50,000IDR per guest per meal as cover charge. Simply let your villa host know a day in advance. He or she will help you purchase the freshest ingredients in the market and delight you with simple cooking.

Should you wish to have a professional Chef or a professional catering, we have a trusted partner with high hospitality standards at your service, at an additional cost. Simply inquire with your villa host a day before. We will be happy to help you arrange this service.

Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Please refer to the kitchen amenities list to see what equipment is provided. We believe our kitchen will inspire the chef within you.

- Q : Do you offer a floating breakfast?

- A : We can arrange a floating breakfast at an additional cost of €25/ tray. Breakfast on each tray could be shared between four guests . You could place the order to onsite staff, by latest in the morning the day before. However, to make sure of the availability, please contact us immediately after your booking should you need this extra arrangement.

- Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?

- A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your villa host should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time.

- Q : Can we have extra clean towels?

- A : You can get an extra towel as long as we have it available.

- Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa? Can I have extra beds?

- A : This villa is for 6 people, but the maximum capacity is for 8 people which means that the 7th and 8th person are counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be €20/night/person. We can provide two extra bed should you have more than 6 people.
