Inside, the main floor of Villa Las Casas 2 unfolds in an open-plan arrangement, blending a living room, dining area, and a well-appointed kitchen with a kitchen island. This communal hub is fitted with a smart TV, ceiling fan, air conditioning, ample storage space, and comfortable chairs for utmost convenience.

Each of the three bespoke bedrooms at Villa Las Casas 2 features a queen-size bed, smart TV, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom, nestled on the first floor, offers direct access to the inviting pool.

FAQs

- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?

-A: We have dedicated staff to help with the check in process. Our standard check-in time is at 3:00 pm. However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage after 11:00 am while we are getting your villa ready. As our staff does not stand by the villa all the time, there will be an additional late-check in fee applied at IDR 200k after 8:00 PM as compensation for the staff overtime.

- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?

- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. 

If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.

- Q: Could I have a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the villa?

- A: Should you wish to have a professional Chef or a professional catering, we have a trusted partner with high hospitality standards at your service, at an additional cost. Simply inquire with your staff a day before. We will be happy to help you arrange this service.

Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Please refer to the kitchen amenities list to see what equipment is provided. We believe our kitchen will inspire the chef within you.

- Q : Do you offer a floating breakfast?

- A : We can arrange a floating breakfast at an additional cost of €25/ tray. Breakfast on each tray could be shared between four guests . You could place the order to onsite staff, by latest in the morning the day before. However, to make sure of the availability, please contact us immediately after your booking should you need this extra arrangement.

- Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?

- A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your staff should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time.

- Q : Can we have extra clean towels?

- A : You can get an extra towel as long as we have it available.

- Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa? Can I have extra beds?

- A : This villa is for 6 people, there are no extra beds for this Villa.
